Do you suffer from a long term condition or diagnosis or just generally want to improve your health? My approach will assit you in enhancing your well being and facillitate the achievement of your health related goals by helping you to identify and tackle areas and issues that may block your progress to change. This approach is not a replacment for medical advice or assistance but works togethr with and encourages a proper acceptance and use of the health and medical services available.



One to One Cooking

Many years of home cooking experience has equipped me with a wide range of knowledge and skill to help you gain kitchen confidence by making cooking fun and educational. The course will take place in your own kitchen, and last a minimum of 2 hours. The session will be based on your requirements and focus on teaching you how to cook no fuss, tasty low fat meals that don`t take hours. I will leave you with a set of recipes and you can email or text me at any time with queries or if you get stuck



Walk Buddy Service
Do you want to get fitter without the gym, gadgets, gizmos and at your own pace? Walking will get you into fresh air, exercises the heart and will support your weigh loss as well as builds stamina and strengthens bones helping in the fight against osteoporosis. I will  help to motivate you, set targets with you, keep you company, chat as you walk, listen and help you to work through concerns and worries.
