    Facilitation
As an experienced  facilitator I  your workshops and meetings that ensures my clients are able to focus and concentrate on getting the best out of their businesses and teams. As a facilitator I ensure that discussions lead to conclusion and  that each member of your team is involved and contributes therefore building  consensus that  focuses the team or group on what is truly important . As a facilitator I will 
  •  Work with you to design the meeting or workshop to ensure the required outcomes are achieved
  • Provide you with feedback and the output in a framework that enables you to use it as the building block for future development.
  • Moderate during the workshop and referee if necessary
  • Control the pace, timing, drilling down or parking items
  • Help the flow of the meeting using appropriate tools, techniques and interventions,
  • Make constructive, honest and objective input to the discussion
  • Enable, empower and encourage the team to take part
  • Provide feedback on both how well things are going and where they are going
